모집 내용
- 주요 업무Job Description - Assist in drafting and distributing HR communications and internal announcements. - Maintain and update HR data using Workday and Excel. - Support the administration of employee benefits programs. - Collaborate on organizational culture and employee engagement projects. - Process HR-related expenses and ensure accurate documentation. - Provide ad-hoc support to Franchise HR Business Partners as needed. Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree - Proficiency in business-level English, both written and verbal. - Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Preferred: Experience in creating image and video content for internal communications or engagement initiatives. - Preferred: 1 year of relevant experience in HR administration or HR internship; prior experience in a multinational company is preferred. 계약형태: 파견계약직, 1년 (renewable based on performance)
