  • 자격요건Qualifications： 1. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field, with a preference for candidates holding a NEBOSH diploma or equivalent health & safety qualifications. 2. Over 5 years of HSE experience in power plant projects; experience in manufacturing and construction is also favorable. 3. Strong familiarity with environmental and social risk frameworks such as the Equator Principles, IFC Performance Standards, and EBRD Performance Requirements. 4. Proficient in occupational health practices, accident investigation, and quality control and assurance. 5. Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs for all employee levels. 6. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. 7. Willingness to accept a flexible approach to working hours and arrangements. 8. Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

모집 내용
  • 주요 업무Job Responsibilities： 1. Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE strategies, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable local regulations. 2. Coordinate and oversee all HSE activities across multiple projects, including subcontractor performance, to ensure consistent application of safety and environmental practices. 3. Lead the regional HSE team to deliver HSE objectives in line with global standards and participate in internal and external audits to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance. 4. Provide HSE training and guidance to project teams and support project managers in implementing, monitoring, and enforcing HSE strategies at site level. 5. Support strategic HSE alignment by participating in regular meetings with regional and headquarters HSE teams. Collaborate with the Country General Manager to integrate HSE objectives into overall business goals. Manage legal compliance, including maintaining the legal register and required local business licenses. 6. Lead accident and incident investigations, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. 7. Facilitate HSE meetings and maintain strong collaboration with project managers, country management, the Asia HSE team, and other internal and external stakeholders. 8. Prepare, review, and submit project HSE reports to regional management and the Asia HSE team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. 9. Perform any other HSE-related duties assigned to support safe and compliant project execution. Qualifications： 1.
