모집 내용
- 주요 업무1. 고객 공급망 주문 관리 전체 고객 공급망 관점에서 주문 정확도와 납기 준수를 관리합니다. 물류·창고 등 내부 관련 팀과 협업하여 주문 진행 상황을 모니터링하고 문제 발생 시 신속히 해결합니다. 2. 제품 역량 개발 및 운영 지원 고객 및 산업 분석을 통해 인사이트를 도출하고, 내부 플랫폼과 협업하여 정책 및 기능 개선을 추진합니다. 제품 역량 강화와 신규 기능 개발을 위한 요구사항을 발굴하고 진행을 주도합니다. 3. 고객 기술 지원 및 사용 가이드 제공 고객이 제품 및 서비스를 사용하는 과정에서 발생하는 기술적 문제를 지원합니다. FAQ 응대, 사용 방법 안내, 기본 트러블슈팅 등 고객 경험 향상을 위한 실질적 지원을 제공합니다. 4. 고객 관계 관리(CRM) 고객과의 신뢰 관계를 구축·유지하며 만족도와 충성도를 높일 수 있도록 정기적인 커뮤니케이션을 진행합니다. 고객 피드백 및 불만을 신속히 처리하고, 고객 니즈에 기반한 맞춤형 제안 및 해결책을 제공합니다. Customer Supply Chain Order Management: From the perspective of the entire customer supply chain, ensure order accuracy and timely delivery. This involves coordinating with warehouses or transportation teams, tracking order status, and resolving potential issues that may arise. Product Capability Development Promotion: Conduct customer analysis and industry analysis, align with internal platforms to update platform policies, and drive the development of product capabilities. Customer Interface Guidance: Provide technical support to customers and assist them in resolving problems encountered when using products or services. This may include answering frequently asked questions, offering operational guidance, and performing troubleshooting. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain sound customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and care. This includes conducting regular communications with customers, providing personalized suggestions and recommendations, addressing customer complaints and feedback, and promptly providing customers with responses and solutions. Job Requirements: 공급망/물류·창고 분야에서 5년 이상 경력 보유, 주요 고객(Key Account) 관리 경험 필수 업무에 대해 세심하고 책임감이 강하며, 높은 직업적 헌신도를 갖춘 분 비지니스 레벨 한국어 및 중국어 혹은 비지니스 레벨 한국어 및 영어 With 5 years or above of work experience in supply chain/warehousing and logistics, and experience in key account management; Meticulous and responsible in work, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. Business level in Korean and Chinese OR Korean and English 근무지 : 서울 혹은 인천 (협의 가능)
