모집 내용
- 주요 업무• Daily all facets of accounting system inputs such as invoice posting and bill entries, payment vouchers and payments, receipt vouchers and receipts. • Handle general daily accounting entries and month-end closing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with financial regulations and standards; prepare reports and monthly management accounts. • Issue VAT invoice and VAT reconciliation. • Maintain organized filing system for accounting records. • Arrange for staff reimbursements. • Liaise with external professional parties. • Assist global Finance leadership in handling accounting-related work. • Submitting tender/quotation/Contract via external purchasing website. • Preparing pre-sales documents requested by Service Team and Sales Team. • Support repair service order and maintenance contract, including Creating customer information and service items in ERP system; following up on repair service orders and installation work; verifying the upload and filing of installation reports, service reports, and other documentation • Undertake ad-hoc duty as assigned.
